Why Christians shouldn't walk Labyrinths

Deception and paganism are the hallmarks of our modern society.  Pagan things have always tried to pass for "Christian" things, but just because something is shrouded in light doesn't mean it is light.  Darkness always tries to hide in the light.  It hopes to mesmerize or go unnoticed.  It's purpose is to deceive.  The Christian masses are so uneducated concerning the occult and fail to read their Bibles it is; therefore, a fairly easy task to deceive them.

The spring equinox is just a few weeks away and there will be a big push for walking labyrinths in many churches.  I came across this excellent You Tube video and it gives a detailed history of the labyrinth and includes many scriptures from the Bible to explain exactly why Christians should not be walking labyrinths.

I John 1:5-10 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.  6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:  7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Darkness is most easily recognized when it stays in it's own element.  Don't try and incorporate dark things into the light!
