Christmas Eve Message

 

It's Christmas Eve and all over Christendom the birth of Jesus Christ as foretold by the Old Testament Prophets will be celebrated. We believe in our Salvation through Faith alone, through Christ alone, because we believe the circumstances of His first coming. He lived it and it happened just as the Prophets foretold.
Four major events are about to unfold. Unfortunately, a large portion of Christendom does not believe in the literal fulfillment of these events. They even scoff at these events. These events were given literally to the Apostle Paul and the Apostle John.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18 record the first event and verse 15 specifically says "For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord"
Revelation records the remaining three events and opens with these verses 1:1-3 The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ even to all that he saw. Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.
There are a lot of people who say the event termed the "Rapture" was manufactured by John Darby in the 1800s. It was not. It is a word from the Lord.
There are those that will say the Tribulation happened in 70 A.D. And yes, it is true the temple was destroyed then, it is not true that all the events of the Tribulation occurred in 70 A.D. I assure you there will be another temple built in Jerusalem that will once again be destroyed during the Tribulation.
The Second Coming of Jesus Christ to this Earth will happen following the Tribulation and in short order the Millennial Reign of Christ will begin.
There are those who say the Millennial Reign of Christ is just an allegory and even those who say we are currently living in the Millennial Reign. They have so contorted scripture to fit their narrative and so have become nonsensical.
Christendom forgets that God is outside of time and therefore what seems long to us, thousands of years, is but a breath to God.
Christendom seems to take a low view of Scripture when it is something impossible or hard to understand. Something like the ability of Jesus Christ to remove millions upon millions of people from the planet at the same time. Christendom seems to forget that God is a SUPERNATURAL GOD, creator of the entire universe.
This Christmas, I want to encourage every single Christian to take God at His Word.
I. The Rapture will happen.
II. The Tribulation will begin.
III. Jesus Christ will return to the planet physically.
IV. The Millennial reign will occur with Jesus Christ ruling this planet from the Throne of David in Jerusalem.
For those of us who take God at His Word and have been studying Bible Prophecy for decades, we see the components necessary for the Tribulation to occur being put into place at breakneck speed.
Time is running out to call on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved before the worst events in the history of this planet begin.

What is in a name? "Twilight's" name game.

Everything! The meaning of my name truly personifies me. I always like to arrange the meanings of names into a cohesive thought which by neccessity sometimes takes the name out of it's given order. Fortunate but bitter rope that constrains would be the cohesive meaning for my given names but it is in reverse order with my surname, middle name and first name last. So what is in the name Edward Anthony Masen Cullen. Edward is translated rich guard and while there was no clear meaning for Anthony the best I could find was flourishing. Masen is another spelling for Mason which means stone worker. Masons are actually a society of people with esoteric practices known only to its members. The true meanings of those practices are known only to the highest of initiates. Masons could also be considered the architects then of not only the buildings they built but the symbols that are dispersed throughout those structures.
